Overview

The Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) Achiever Program is your opportunity to shape the future of the accounting profession. This program connects your organisation with penultimate or final year tertiary students who are eager to gain valuable work experience and pursue a career in accounting.

• You bring the paid work experience opportunity, and we’ll bring the students.
  We streamline the recruitment process for you and match you with prospective interns based on your criteria.
• By supporting a student intern, you gain more than just fresh perspectives and innovative ideas.
  You are also future-proofing the profession by integrating new talent into your teams.
• Give back to the business community by mentoring and nurturing the next generation of professionals.

Both Winter and Summer placements run for 3 to 12 weeks.

Winter placements take place between late June and August/September, while Summer placements are held between the end of November and February.
