Manawatu Women Accountants SIG: Empowering Women to Succeed: Tanya Watson's Story and a Community Giving Initiative
Overview
Join the Manawatu Women Accountants SIG for a special end-of-year evening of inspiration, connection, and giving back.
Set against the beautiful surroundings of Country Road High Tea in Palmerston North, you'll hear from entrepreneur and business leader Tanya Watson, owner of Country Road High Tea and former CEO of Watson Real Estate. Tanya will share her leadership journey, the lessons she has learned through building successful businesses, and how she transformed a vision into one of Manawatū's most unique hospitality destinations.
As we approach the Christmas season and reflect on the year, we also invite members to support Dress for Success Palmerston North. This event is an opportunity to help empower women entering or returning to the workforce by donating quality clothing, particularly professional and stylish items suitable for women. If you have an item of clothing that you no longer wear but is in great condition, please bring it along for this great cause.
Your ticket includes a drink on arrival, delicious canapes served throughout the evening, valuable networking opportunities, and 1 hour of CPD. Join us for an evening that celebrates leadership, community, and women supporting women.
